My very first canoe on its first camping trip. At The Ledges, Harriman Reservoir, Wilmington, VT. 1973. Best friend Kevin on right.

1975. It gave me a funny feeling finding these tracks very near to our campsite on Upper Richardson Lake.

Same trip as above. Crossing the dam at Errol, NH as we neared the end of a several day trip down the Rangeley Lakes.

Preparing for a race the next day in New York. This was a year the Gypsy moth caterpillars had been everywhere
